one-on-one training

One-on-one training is designed for those that want the highest degree of attention, guidance, and support. It’s you and your Pilates Lab trainer, working through and focusing on every move. You will have your trainer’s undivided attention for 55-minutes, completing a whole-body workout designed just for you.
