How do I sign up for lessons or classes?


All sessions are sold as packages or a la carte. You can call us at 314-527-0685 or email us at hello@stlpilateslab.com to schedule.




What if I'm not sure if a private session or a class package is right for me?


Just ask! We are here to guide you into the best placement for your specific goals.




What happens if I can't use all my classes or lessons in my package before they expire?


Consistency yields results. That said, sometimes circumstance gets in the way of consistency. We'll roll over a maximum of one private lesson and one class to the following month. Instructor availability can vary, please plan accordingly.




If I can't use my lesson or class, can I have a refund or exchange? If I can't come at the last minute, can I send a friend in my place?


We cannot offer refunds or exchanges. You are welcome to send a friend in your place, but only if they're nice. Just let us know. Or, request a virtual session!




Speaking of last minute, do you have one of those 24-hour cancellation policies?


We do. Please give us 24 hours notice if you can't make your class or lesson. No-shows and late cancels do result in a full charge for the instructor's time and reserved studio space.




How do I pay?


The Pilates Lab accepts all major credit cards, and payment is required in advance to hold your lesson time. Please call or use the MindBody app to schedule and pay.




All this sounds reasonable. I can't wait to get started! Now what?

Yes!
