small group training
Our classes are intentionally small for maximum results. Each teacher will guide you through your workout with her full attention on your form and movement.

After 5-10 sessions, we'll assess if you're ready to join a small group. Our small groups are limited to 4 people so each participant gets personal guidance from their trainer. The group will learn together, grow together, and advance together. Small groups are standing weekly reservations.
Pilates is Personal, even in our small groups. One size does not fit all.
